CoolChem Integrator75 is the primary chemistry of the CoolChem® Cyanopoxy® System. (Requires Activator310) CoolChem Integrator is a medium viscosity, clear surface insensitive resin designed for difficult to bond materials, which require uniform stress distribution and where strong tension and /or shear strength are needed. CoolChem Integrator provides rapid bonding used with CoolChem activator 310 on a wide range of materials, including metals, plastics and elastomers (rubber). CoolChem Cyanopoxy system is also suited for bonding porous materials such as wood, paper, concrete, leather and fabric. Perfectly sized for travelers, rookie Cool heads, occasional users or the industrial OEM assembly.

Activator  1.5 0unces

CoolChem Activator 310 is used to increase and assure proper cure of all Cyanopoxy adhesive with a special catalyst with aggressive cleaning and degreasing properties to remove surface contamination. It can be either pre- or post-applied. The product is especially suited for post-application on Cyanopoxy adhesive to ensure rapid and complete curing. Pre applying is recommended on porous, large bond gaps, inert surfaces or contaminated surfaces. Excellent for cosmetic application where aesthetic (clear and transparent fillet) are needed. CoolChem Activator 310 is especially suited for post applied applications.

Debonder Pen

CoolChem Debonder was specifically formulated for skin safety/release and surface cleanup of the Cyanopoxy integrator. The CoolChem Debonder dissolves the cured integrator with ease so no more picking the stuff off your fingers. Can also be used for debonding small parts, removing other adhesives and inks.

* Item #: CC400

* How to Remove Cure or Uncured Integrator, resins or inks from Surfaces 1) Use a small amount of CoolChem Debonder directly on cured or uncured Cyanopoxy Integrator you want to remove. Rub the area with the dispensing pen until unwanted material is dissolved from surface.

Poly Treatment Pen 311

Many plastics used in the manufacture of everyday products can be classified thermoplastic polymers/polyolfin plastics that resist adhesion. There is a wide variety of grades and formulations available that have an equally wide range of properties. Most are either low density (softer/flexible) or high density (shiny/harder) and, in general, share some or all of the following characteristics:

Toughness / Impact resistance / Ease of processing / Chemical resistance / Abrasion resistance / Low coefficient of friction / Near-zero moisture absorption

Poly Treatment311 provides a reliable cost-effective solution for repairing or fabricating these substrates is used to make polyolefin and other low energy surfaces suitable for bonding with the CoolChem Cyanopoxy system. We recommend the Poly Treatment for difficult to bond materials like polyethylene, polypropylene, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and thermoplastic rubber materials.

* Item #: CC311

Directions for use:

Poly Treatment is applied by the dispensing pen at ambient temperature. You want to wet the surface of the difficult to bond material avoiding excess.

If you are bonding polyolefin material and a more active or easier to bond materials, only apply the primer to the polyolefin material and let dry before applying the Cyanopoxy system for assembly. Maximum on-part life, meaning the time you apply the Poly Treatment to the part and the time you will have for final assemble of the parts is 7 hours. So you can treat your parts in advance of bonding them together with the Cyanopoxy system.
